Job Description

Perform integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Huawei BTS5900, BTS3900, and related RAN equipment (e.g., BSC6900/6910, DBSC3900, U2020/U2000).
Supports Hardware Swaps Execute call testing, NTP configurations, and site acceptance procedures. Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate integration. Analyze alarms, logs, and KPIs to identify and resolve network issues. Support software upgrades, license installations, and configuration changes. Maintain documentation of integration activities and site configurations. Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in wireless network integration, preferably on Huawei platforms. Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN technologies and Huawei hardware (BBU, RRU, AAU, Microwave). Experience with Huawei tools such as U2020, U2000, and LMT. Familiarity with site survey reports, KCPs, and integration checklists. Ability to interpret design layouts and power/accessory requirements. Good communication and coordination skills. Be flexible in shifts and adjust to project requirements.

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
