Reward Analyst International HR

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team based in India. In this role, you will have dual reporting responsibilities to both the International Reward and HR Process Excellence and Systems functions, supporting key processes and initiatives across the business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing data for compensation and benefits analyses. - Cleaning reported data and ensuring data quality. - Developing and maintaining key compensation and benefits information. - Providing support to the Talent function with data. - Assisting the Head of Reward with presentations and data gathering for key Enterprise projects such as the Job Architecture framework review. - Collaborating with external consulting companies for salary benchmarking. - Running audit reports and communicating the results of audit tests to the Head of Reward. - Advising other HR team members on basic compensation and benefits topics. - Analyzing compensation data in comparison to compensation policies, identifying non-compliant cases and behavior. - Learning compensation and benefits processes and practices to advance your career. - Developing and executing a roadmap for the rollout or enhancements of identified pan-international processes and technology. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor/Masters degree in HR or equivalent. - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. - Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as a team player. - Prior Compensation & Benefits experience is not mandatory, but an interest in working and learning in this area is crucial for success in the role. This role will be part of the Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) entity, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance. The final grade level and title of the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experiences.,
