You will be joining a team of RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, dedicated to helping companies optimize their sales, marketing, and business operations through the use of HubSpot. Our company, located in Gurgaon, is experiencing rapid growth, with a highly talented team that continues to expand each month. With a sustainable bootstrapped revenue engine growing at a rate of 30% month-on-month, we are looking for a HubSpot Strategist to support our enterprise clients based in the US and internationally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Manage clients" HubSpot accounts efficiently and effectively. - Provide expert guidance on maximizing the potential of HubSpot and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. - Address any HubSpot-related queries or challenges that may arise. - Develop and implement scalable HubSpot and other marketing automation strategies, advanced workflows, and integrations to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service operations. - Define and visualize customer journeys to improve overall customer experience. - Utilize data analysis to assist clients in identifying opportunities for revenue growth. - Collaborate with clients, as well as internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment towards common objectives. - Extract insights from HubSpot and other data sources to offer recommendations for enhancing marketing and sales processes. - Deliver regular updates and reports to keep clients informed of their progress. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot, marketing automation, and CRM platforms. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of relevant experience in HubSpot operations. - Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with other marketing and sales technologies. - Solid grasp of marketing and sales principles, CRM concepts, and digital marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven problem-solving approach. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including the capacity to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
