As a HubSpot Strategist at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with our US/Internationally based enterprise clients and help them maximize their HubSpot investment. You will play a key role in managing clients" HubSpot accounts, sharing your expertise to ensure they get the most out of the platform, and acting as a trusted advisor for any HubSpot-related questions or issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable HubSpot and other marketing automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support various processes such as marketing, sales, and customer service. Additionally, you will define and visualize customer journeys, analyze data to identify revenue growth opportunities for clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress towards common goals. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in HubSpot operations, along with expertise in HubSpot and familiarity with other marketing and sales technologies. A strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, CRM concepts, and digital marketing strategies will be essential. You should possess excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
