Revit Modeller- Contract

Duration: Contract For 2 Months Location: Whitefield , Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: 3D Model Creation and Management: * Develop detailed 3D BIM models of MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.) using industry-standard software like Autodesk Revit. * Create and manage parametric families for specific MEP components (fittings, ducts, pipes, light fixtures, etc.) to maintain a robust BIM library. * Update and modify models as per revised plans and specifications throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordination and Clash Detection: * Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to gather necessary information and ensure accurate model integration. * Perform clash detection using software like Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts or interferences between MEP systems and other building components (structural elements, architectural finishes, etc.) at early design stages. * Generate clash reports and facilitate coordination meetings to ensure smooth integration and minimize costly rework during construction. Drawing and Documentation Generation: * Generate and extract 2D drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, builders' work drawings, riser diagrams, and detailed layouts directly from the 3D BIM models. * Prepare design drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams. * Produce Bills of Quantities (BoQ) schedules and other material take-offs from the BIM models. * Ensure all documentation adheres to project BIM standards and procedures.
