Revit MEP Engineer /Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP Engineer to join a dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, detailed, and coordinated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Revit. This role involves collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D MEP models in Revit for various building types.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and structural models.
• Prepare construction drawings, plans, sections, and schedules from Revit models.
• Ensure models comply with client requirements, company standards, and industry codes.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical input during design development and construction phases.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation for tender and construction purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest Revit tools, techniques, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Revit MEP (minimum [X] years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with clash detection tools (Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• Understanding of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BIM 360, AutoCAD MEP, Revit or related software.
• Knowledge of LOD (Level of Development) modeling standards.
• Exposure to large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹13,341.16 - ₹49,781.36 per month
