Call Centre Executive (Male/Female)

We are hiring enthusiastic Call Centre Executives (Boys and Girls) for our customer support team. If you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this is the right job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Maintain call records and update CRM software
• Follow communication scripts and company procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Fresher or 1+ year call center experience preferred
• Age: 18 to 30 years

Working Hours:

• 9 Hours Shift (Including 1-hour break)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer skills
• Punctual and team-oriented
