Revit Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage

  Revit-based architectural models

  from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Design and coordinate

  architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and details

  for industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center facilities.
• Ensure architectural designs are aligned with

  client standards, regulatory codes, and industry best practices

  .
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including civil, structural, MEP, and process engineers to integrate design requirements.
• Assist in

  BIM coordination meetings

  , clash detection processes, and design issue resolutions.
• Support preparation of

  permit and construction documentation

  , ensuring drawing sets are complete and accurate.
• Participate in

  site planning, space planning

  , and design reviews with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to

  BIM execution plans

  and quality standards.
• Train and support junior team members in

  Revit workflows, family creation

  , and best practices.

Requirements:

• 7 to 12 years

  of professional experience in architectural design using

  Autodesk Revit

  .
• Proven experience in

  Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center

  building projects.
• Strong knowledge of

  building systems, materials, codes

  , and construction methods relevant to high-performance industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in producing

  coordinated Revit models

  , families, and documentation sets.
• Familiarity with

  Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

  environments is a strong plus.
• Experience working in a

  multi-disciplinary BIM environment

  .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Diploma/ITI in

  Architecture

  or related field.
