Position: Revit Architect Experience: 5+ Years As a Revit Architect at ONX Homes, your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and maintaining BIM Models tailored to project-specific requirements - Developing schematic and detailed models encompassing structural, interior, and exterior architectural elements, along with MEP systems where applicable - Identifying conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information - Collaborating with BIM service providers and subcontractors - Generating new library components - Acting as the Model Administrator for assigned projects - Assisting the BIM Manager in compiling contract BIM closeout documentation Proficiency in the following software is required: - Revit with BIM & CAD - Sketchup - Photoshop - Enscape (desirable) If you are intrigued by the opportunity, kindly forward your updated CV to [email protected] At ONX Homes, we offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a dynamic startup environment embedded within an exceptional culture.
