Revit Architect

Role Overview: ONX Homes, an integrated Design Tech company, is seeking a talented Revit Architect to join their team. As a Revit Architect at ONX Homes, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining BIM models for project-specific requirements. You will be responsible for developing schematic and detailed level models, identifying conflicts in design information, coordinating with BIM service providers and subcontractors, creating new library components, and serving as the Model Administrator for assigned projects. Additionally, you will assist the BIM Manager in compiling contract BIM close-out documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements - Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems - Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information - Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors - Create new library components - Responsible as Model Administrator for assigned projects - Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in Revit with BIM & CAD - Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop - Enscape will be an added advantage About ONX HOMES: ONX Homes is an integrated Design Tech company on a mission to reshape the home building industry.
