If you are detail-oriented, service-driven, and goal-oriented, we are looking for you to join our international network. **Key Responsibilities:** - Verify, evaluate, and review audit documents, assessments, and non-conformities in compliance with standards - Identify process and product risks specific to the assigned standard/modules - Finalize assessment drafts and update reports in the system - Organize, update, and maintain operational data and files - Coordinate with auditors and certifiers to ensure timely submission and processing of assessments and non-conformities for accurate certification decisions - Communicate with clients as necessary - Perform delegated tasks by Manager Operations/Certifier - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients - Maintain records and file storage while ensuring traceability - Keep files up to date in the system and hardcopy following procedures - Stay informed about developments, issues, and legislative changes related to agriculture **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in Agriculture - Post-graduation in Agriculture or Agribusiness Management would be a plus - Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture or certification body - Working knowledge of sustainable and organic farming certification schemes like NPOP, NOP, EU, etc. - Previous experience in a certification body is preferred - Familiarity with agriculture industry products and processes would be beneficial - Proficiency in MS Office - Strong command of English in both speech and writing - Logical reasoning and analytical skills - Effective convincing and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail Control Union, with a history spanning over 100 years, has evolved from agricultural inspections to various fields such as certifications, logistics, collateral management, and risk management.
