Experience in strategy development and implementation, as well as proficiency in Business Plan and Detailed Project Report (DPR) formulation, will be valuable assets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective engagement with stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires the capability to conduct field visits and deliver training and workshops. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Agribusiness or an equivalent qualification. Knowledge of local agricultural practices and challenges in West Bengal would be considered a plus.
