As a Revenue Manager, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service, believing that anything is possible while having fun in all that we do! Key Responsibilities: - Support the smooth running of the revenue management department, managing all aspects of hotel reservations and meeting & events enquiries. - Proactively maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution. - Develop and implement strategies to identify, communicate, and deliver key revenue management metrics. - Manage the team within the department life cycle, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance. - Responsible for managing the departmental budget, ensuring controlled costs and inventory, and attaining productivity and performance levels. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders. - Review and scrutinize business performance, providing recommendations to drive financial performance. - Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit. Requirements: - Proven experience in revenue management with excellent problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style. - Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. - Ability to find creative solutions, offer advice, and recommendations. - Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy. - Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms. - Strong communication skills.
