To take report from all Departmental In charges on a regular basis. Based on such reports, regular follow up meetings with them.
Supervising daily administrative operations of the unit so that intra departmental communications are improved.
Daily round at the Ward.
Mechanism to address queries of all Employees and Doctors.
Resolve potential issues with patients
Stay up to date with healthcare regulations
Planning for department wise cost optimisation.
Upgrade team by providing necessary training about our services.
Monitor the performance of hospital staff
Ensure all documentation are maintained like AMC, CMC, Service reports, other medical records, etc.
Control over regular Fire Fighting maintenance and also maintenance of electrical and electrical devices (including lift), Biomedical instruments.
Reporting system of Biomedical Waste Management.
Maintain liaison with all external bodies including Government departments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
