Retainer - Loan Operations

Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience in migrating syndicated and bilateral deals to LIQ from other software platforms, with a preference for trading portfolio systems. - Review legal documents such as credit agreements, pricing letters, and borrowing notices to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet daily targets and deliver exceptional service. - Engage in secondary loan trading activities and facilitate smooth settlement processes.
