Retainer - Access Control - Contractual Role - 6 months

You will be joining IBCOO Group in the role of Retainer to provide operational support to the Ratings line of Business within the In-Business Control Group. Your main responsibility will be to conduct various access control activities, including periodic and non-periodic access reviews, application onboarding support, Access Controls certifications, Key & Non-Key applications review, transfers & leavers governance. In this role, you will support the onboarding of applications and related system roles and privileges. You will also be responsible for reviewing user access in a timely manner and taking remedial action when discrepancies are found. Analyzing available data and sharing observations with stakeholders will be part of your duties, along with maintaining records and files following internal procedures. Timeliness is crucial in this role, as you will need to adhere to strict deadlines and answer email inquiries related to access management. You will also oversee the execution of the Transfer & Leaver process, balancing operational execution with continuous improvement. Efficient communication with process stakeholders and maintaining relationships with client counterparts are essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess good communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. A basic understanding of data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook and Excel are required. Being a professional team player with a diligent and intellectually curious nature, and having a strong work ethic and drive to succeed are important qualities for this role.
