Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound sales:
  • Conduct and outbound calls to the potentials hot leads from the provided database
  • Convert the potential lead into to the closure stage
  • Go behind retail clients and create a need for Screenox.
  • Sales Closures:
  • Negotiate and close sales with retail clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.

Youll Rock This Role If You:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound sales
  • Are fluent in English (Hindi/Regional languages are a bonus!)
  • Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection
  • Are self-motivated, confident, and love chasing targets
  • Are comfortable working from home in a structured format
  • South language speaking mandatory (Tamil,telugu,malayalam,Kannada) .
  • WFH but candidates must be from Mumbai location
  • Only Female candidates. Should have experience in Telesales /Outbound sales.
