Retail Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for dealing with all issues arising from staff or customers, such as complaints and grievances. Additionally, you will need to implement strategies for customer loyalty and focus on customer retention. Analyzing sales trends and working with the merchandising and inventory teams to procure the right stocks based on customer requirements will also be a key part of your role. Your duties will also include understanding customer feedback, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability while minimizing stock shrinkage.
