Key Responsibilities

? Welcome every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism.

? Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.

? Achieve personal and store-level sales targets.

? Build loyal customer relationships and ensure return visits.

? Maintain the store's cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock organisation.

? Handle POS operations and daily sales entries.

? Address customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully.

You're a Great Fit If You:

? Have 1+ years of experience in retail/customer service (jewellery, fashion, dcor, or lifestyle brands preferred).

? Are confident, polite, and enthusiastic.

? Love talking to people and selling artistic, meaningful products.

? Can handle billing, inventory, and store operations.

? Are open to working weekends/festive seasons (rotational weekly offs).

? Are looking for a long-term, stable job in Chennai.

Education & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree/diploma (preferred, not mandatory).

? Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).

? Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
