Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Apparel Store Manager. The Apparel Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, executing retail loss prevention strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Min 2 - 3 yrs Experience as a Store Manager
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Store Management experience
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
