Job Overview:

Citykart Retail is seeking a creative and technically skilled Retail Store Layout Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in retail design, with expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. This role involves designing efficient and customer-centric retail layouts, developing technical drawings, and supporting on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Layout Design: Create functional 2D and 3D store layouts, focusing on customer flow, product visibility, and optimal space utilization.
• Fixture & Space Planning: Design customized fixtures, furniture, and display units in line with brand aesthetics and retail standards.
• Technical Drawings: Develop detailed construction and electrical drawings for store development and renovations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and visual merchandisers to transform retail concepts into execution-ready plans.
• On-Site Support: Participate in site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• CAD File Management: Maintain organized design files, drawings, and version controls for easy reference and updates.
• Design Accuracy: Ensure all designs meet brand standards, safety regulations, and feasibility checks.
• Innovation: Stay current with trends in retail design, tools, and materials to improve layout efficiency and appeal.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 4–6 years in retail/interior design, particularly in layout planning and fixture development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software
• Design Knowledge: Understanding of retail design principles, customer navigation, and store aesthetics.
• Communication: Strong ability to present and explain layout concepts and technical drawings.
• Site Coordination: Experience working on-site during layout execution is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
