Retail Store Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at the Readymade Clothing Store, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent sales and customer service to all customers. You will be expected to greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their shopping experience is positive. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing store by managing product displays, resolving customer queries and complaints, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing (merchandising). - Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. - Manage product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized. - Monitor inventory and assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks. - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Knowledge of merchandising techniques is a plus.
