Retail Store Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with experience in the perfume industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling both walk-in customers and customer calls, ensuring an exceptional service experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, provide personalized product recommendations, and guide them in fragrance selection.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage customer inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.

• Provide accurate product information, offers, and after-sales support to customers.

• Assist in order placements, billing, exchanges, and returns.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.

• Record customer queries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

• Stay updated on perfume trends, fragrance notes, and new product launches.

• Coordinate with sales/retail teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail customer service.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Multilingual skills – must be fluent in English + at least one additional language (Hindi/Tamil others preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle both walk-in customers and telephonic support effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems a plus).

• Professional, confident, and team-oriented.

• Presentable, polished & well-groomed appearance

• Experience handling premium/high-profile customers

• Fragrance sampling, demonstrations & packaging included

• Flexibility for festive seasons & weekends

• Continuous training on soft skills & fragrance knowledge

• Teamwork with sales, blenders & cashiers emphasized

• Professionalism, confidence & discretion with clientele

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
