Job Description

Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Assist customers in selecting jewelry items based on their preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and offers.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
Coordinate with the billing and stock teams for smooth operations.
