Job Opportunity: Retail Store Salesperson – Noida (DLF Mall)

Location: DLF Mall, Noida
Position: Retail Store Salesperson
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on experience)
Industry: FMCG / Retail
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (FMCG & Retail Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and provide excellent in-store service.
• Explain product features and benefits to boost sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Assist in promotional activities and product displays.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Prior experience working in a retail store environment is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
