Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Retail Sales Specialist. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include greeting and engaging with customers, offering guidance, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area. Speaking fluent English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
• In-depth Product Knowledge of the items being sold
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in the aviation or retail industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus
