Retail Sales Officer-Jewellery

• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing guidance on jewelry selection.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a strong understanding of jewelry types, materials, craftsmanship, and current trends.
• Sales Generation: Closing sales transactions, processing payments, and handling customer inquiries.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with jewelry displayed effectively.
• Relationship Building: Building and maintaining a strong customer base through excellent service and follow-up.
• Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and sales strategies.
• Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, maintaining records, and managing inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
