Retail sales officer (Diamond jewellery)

You should have good knowledge of diamonds (4C) and be experienced in diamond handling. As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include attending to walk-in customers, ensuring proper display of stock on the counter, understanding customer requirements, and guiding them effectively. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through product sales, up-selling, and cross-selling. Additionally, you will be required to tally the stock, participate in promotional activities, and engage in branding activities such as trade shows and event management. Customer satisfaction through effective sales techniques is paramount, and you must maintain good relationships with both customers and team members to ensure customer retention. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 1 year of jewellery experience to qualify for this full-time position.
