Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager with strong customer handling skills and mandatory experience in toys sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate toy products.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store performance.
• Maintain proper display, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Guide and train sales staff to improve customer service and sales efficiency.
• Track inventory and prepare basic sales reports.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Must have prior experience in toys sales (mandatory).
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store activities.
• Knowledge of POS and inventory management.
• Positive attitude, good product knowledge, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
