Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Accessories Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong understanding of car accessories. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable car accessories. Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and compatibility. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns efficiently and courteously. Actively up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, including new arrivals and promotions. Stay updated on industry trends and new car accessories in the market. Ensure the store and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and receiving new shipments. Store Operations: Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe retail environment. Assist with opening and closing procedures as required. Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales goals and operational objectives. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of various car makes, models, and accessories is a significant advantage. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems. A team player with a positive attitude. Punctual and reliable. Working Conditions: This is a full-time position. The role may require working on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
