Retail Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing personalised assistance in selecting fine jewellery.
  
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the brands collections, materials, and craftsmanship to confidently present and explain products.
  
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including following up with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  
• Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
  
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always presentation-ready.
  
• Stay updated with current trends in jewellery and luxury retail to offer informed advice to customers.
  
• Support boutique events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  
• Address and resolve customer concerns or queries with professionalism.
  
• Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver seamless service and achieve overall business objectives.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in fashion, luxury retail, or gemology is a plus.
  

• 2 to 4 years of experience

  in retail jewellery sales, preferably in silver, fashion, or luxury jewellery.
• Strong product knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and current fashion trends.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in dealing with high-value clientele.
  
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  
• Comfortable with POS systems, billing processes, and CRM tools.
  
• Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and special events.
