Professional appearance and demeanor. Familiarity with CRM software. Experience: Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the software / IT / Gaming industry. Experience in handling customer interactions, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales support. SUMMARY Maximize the sale of at the store, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction Requirements Excellent communication skills Should have flair for customer service Confident and presentable Should be flexible and adaptable in working hours Achieve sales goals relative to store target Evaluating the customer's requirement by following customer engagement standards to provide best solutions Ensuring store hygiene and functioning of products on display Coordinating activities at the back office, managing inventory and managing payment reconciliation with bank Handling pre/post sales customer escalations and queries Interaction with cross-functional departments for operational support Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, explaining product details, assisting with jewelry selection, and completing sales transactions. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business. Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on jewelry trends, new product launches, and competitors' offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales support. Stock Management: Managing inventory, ensuring proper and attractive product displays, and maintaining the safety of jewelry. Marketing Support: Assisting with customer visits, exhibitions, and identifying potential customers. Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinating sales efforts, sharing product knowledge, and providing support to colleagues. CRM System Utilization: Utilizing CRM software to track sales, manage customer data, and follow up with leads. Experience in achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
