About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who loves interacting with people, understands customer needs, and can deliver an exceptional in-store experience. If you enjoy helping customers find the right products and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain product knowledge and share relevant information with customers.
Handle billing, POS operations, and ensure accurate cash/card transactions.
Manage visual merchandising and maintain store hygiene and product display.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support the team in overall store performance.
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Track inventory, update stock levels, and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Basic knowledge of retail operations, billing, and POS systems.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
Pleasant personality and confidence in customer interaction.
