Retail Sales & E-commerce Executive

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day-to-day retail sales and deliver strong customer experiences
  • Handle online orders, listings, inventory updates, and customer queries
  • Drive sales across website and marketplaces
  • Support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Track sales, stock, and basic performance metrics

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and/or e-commerce
  • Strong customer communication and sales mindset
  • Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
