Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to pet parents by assisting them with their purchases, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience. Your daily tasks will include maintaining a detailed knowledge of products, organizing displays, processing transactions efficiently, and helping achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in managing stock levels and promoting sales campaigns and offers when required.
