Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Executive at Soni Sapphire, you will play a crucial role in representing our legacy of craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewellery from our collections. Building strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service will be key to ensuring a superior customer experience. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contribute to overall showroom performance, and maintain in-depth product knowledge across all collections to educate customers effectively. Coordinating with the back office and inventory team to ensure timely product availability, assisting in showroom display management, and maintaining customer follow-up for post-sale service and future sales will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will keep records of customer interactions and transactions, provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends, and demonstrate strong salesmanship and customer engagement abilities. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/billing software, along with a presentable, polite, and professional demeanor, will be essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 1 year of sales experience in retail (Jewellery sales preferred), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated. While a commerce background is preferred, it is not mandatory. The salary ranges from 10,000 to 30,000 per month, based on performance and communication skills.
