We are expanding our presence across Bangalore and looking for passionate *Retail Sales Associates* to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
* Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling/cross-selling where appropriate.* Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.* Manage billing, payments, and ensure smooth transaction handling.* Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.* Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment.* Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

* Minimum *1–3 years of retail sales experience* preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.* Flexible to work on weekends/holidays as per store requirements.* Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office will be an added advantage.
