You are a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate joining a dynamic team. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding. Upselling products by effectively communicating their benefits is important. Maintaining merchandising standards, organizing displays, and stocking shelves efficiently are part of your duties. Supervising junior staff members when necessary and handling customer inquiries with professionalism are also key responsibilities. You will ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas, utilizing retail math skills for inventory management and stock replenishment. Your skills should include strong customer service focus, experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures, basic math skills, effective communication (verbal and written), ability to upsell products, experience in merchandising, knowledge of retail sales principles, and bilingual abilities as a plus. Supervising experience is beneficial for potential leadership roles within the store environment. This is a full-time position, and the work location is in person.
