Masterstrokes - Contractor Associate (CA) –
Job Purpose –- Job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractorsthat can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that thiscontractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.- He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors withAsian Paints. He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries,training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevantrequirement.- He will the point of contact between company and customer in site upgradationand evaluation.- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with AsianPaints Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.- Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.Main Responsibilities –- Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.- Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate theiron-site proficiency.- Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with AsianPaints.- Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier
Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors. - Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required. Two-wheeler is mandatory.
