Walk-In Interview: 17th July 2025 Interview Venue: Kolkata (Exact location to be shared upon shortlisting) Job Summary: We are hiring Retail Sales Associates for a prestigious luxury jewellery showroom in Dubai. Ideal candidates must have prior experience in retail sales of high-value products such as gold, diamond, premium watches, or other luxury goods. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a career in the international luxury retail segment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Handle high-value transactions with attention to accuracy and detail. Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock levels. Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Provide detailed product information (jewellery quality, value, and offers). Work closely with the showroom manager and team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail showrooms, preferably selling luxury products such as jewellery, diamonds, watches, or fashion accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude and a customer-centric mindset. Must possess a valid Indian passport. Willingness to relocate to Dubai immediately upon selection. Age limit: 21 to 35 years preferred. Male & Female candidates can apply.
