2. Moti Nagar (DLF Mall)

3. Sultanpur (MG Road)

Main Responsibilities Include:

1. Interact with walk-in customers and explain the products and their usage / specifications

2. Provide information regarding sizes and design options available for each product range

3. Ensure all collections and categories are displayed as per VM requirements

4. Use POS software and payment machines to ensure transactions are handled smoothly

5. Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching as per inventory software

6. Check which items need to be replenished and what other SKUs need to be added to the display

Required Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury / premium retail sales

2. Previous experience in home decor or luxury homeware would be preferred

3. Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a reputed university

4. Excellent spoken and written English

5. Strong communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries professionally

6. Must have a passion to learn about decor & homeware in a fast-growing retail environment

We are hiring for multiple positions including Asst. Store Managers and Cashiers for the above locations.

Candidate should already be in Delhi / NCR - applications from outside of NCR will not be considered.
