Company Description Retail Sales Associate – Luxury Craft Chocolate Brand Location : Delhi, Malviya Nagar Salary Budget : 25-30k This job post is for a high end luxury craft chocolate brand based out of Hyderabad. Having a massive presence in Southern region of India. This will be our first outlet in Delhi. We are looking for candidates who are well polished and have strong English communication skills. Responsibilities : Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, online, and via calls. Educate customers about craft chocolate, flavors, and pairings. Handle inquiries, complaints, and process orders smoothly. Upsell premium collections and manage customer relationships. Maintain product displays, inventory, and store presentation. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 1-3 years in customer service or luxury retai Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Passion for gourmet chocolates or luxury F&B brand Professional appearance and ability to multitask Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
