Job Description

Role Overview

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining product displays, handling transactions, and supporting overall store goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Manage billing, payments, and cash handling accurately.

Ensure stock replenishment and maintain product displays as per merchandising standards.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely and efficiently.

Support store opening and closing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store.

Stay updated with promotions, product launches, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum [High School Diploma / Graduate degree] or equivalent.

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office is an advantage.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
