Retail Sales Assistant

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing walk-in customers and addressing their issues and concerns. You will assist customers in selecting products and help them understand different fabrics. Additionally, you may need to perform quality checks when necessary. Your role will involve handling multiple responsibilities within the store and ensuring that the store is always presentable. It is important to make note of walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage walk-in customers and address their issues & concerns - Assist customers in selecting products and explain fabric details - Perform quality checks as needed - Handle various roles within the store - Maintain the store's presentable appearance - Keep track of walk-in customers Qualifications Required: - Pleasing and polite attitude - Fluent communication in English and Hindi - Ability to handle customers with patience - Assist and guide customers in product selections - Maintain a presentable appearance - Preferred female candidates The company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
