Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Retail Sales Assistant. The Retail Sales Assistant will interact with customers to provide excellent service, assist with product selection, and help drive sales. Responsibilities include maintaining the visual appeal of the store, restocking products, handling transactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for every customer. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Experience
• 1+ years of experience in retail or similar field
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and an engaging, customer-first approach
• Basic knowledge of cash register operations and retail store procedures
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
