Position Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Raipur Deopuri
Department: Sales/Retail
Reporting To: Store Manager / Department Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assistSales executive to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain proper display of merchandise and ensure shelves are well stocked.
• Handle billing, cash counter operations, and issue receipts accurately.
• Keep track of inventory and assist in stock replenishment.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the manager.
• Follow company policies regarding sales, returns, and exchange.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards in the store.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers & billing systems (POS).
• Strong customer service and convincing ability.
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of retail or sales experience (freshers can also apply).
