Job Title: Opening for Jewellery Showroom

Job Description:
you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our showroom. You will assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces, provide product knowledge, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, you will be tasked with meeting sales targets, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, and participating in promotional events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces
• Provide product information, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking merchandise and conducting regular stock checks
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain showroom standards

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
