Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and pricing. Achieve individual and departmental sales targets. Keep the department clean, organized, and well-stocked. Handle billing and processing of purchases. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new launches and trends. Manage customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and share insights with the team. Assist in inventory management, stock checking, and reordering. Coordinate with visual merchandisers to display products attractively.
