Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is remote, but may require occasional on-site work for events, exhibitions, or client meetings. The position is incentive-based, offering you the chance to earn based on your performance and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
• Promote and sell our product range through online and offline channels.
• Assist with customer queries, product presentations, and follow-ups.
• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain brand reputation.
• Maintain reports on leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable with social media promotions, calls, and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to occasionally attend on-site events or client meetings.
• Previous sales/marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory).
