Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Explain product features and help customers with selections.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper product display and stock arrangement.
Handle billing, exchanges, and returns.
Maintain cleanliness and visual standards in the store.
Provide excellent customer service and build repeat business.

Requirements:

Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
Experience: 0–1 years in retail or apparel sales.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Neat and presentable appearance.
Positive attitude and team player.

Salary: ₹12000-15000
